Noble truffle juice is a convenient, year-round way to enjoy the pungent intensity of black truffles. Noble Black Winter Truffle Juice is made from only fully ripe truffles and made in small batches to preserve flavor and freshness. Our juice has a mild, subtly musky, earthy flavour. It's procured by an industrial size steamer being placed under a specialized container holding fresh truffle. While the steam goes up, the truffles are heated and start to sweat. The drippings fall into a another container that surrounds the steamer. The juice is then collected and canned. This creates a pure and natural product including all the best flavour properties of truffles. This truffle juice is suitable for meat basting, vinaigrette bases and marinades. Truffle juice is best used to add layers and depth to sauces, broths, dressings, etc. Try pairing truffle juice with other truffle products for best results. Storage Tip: Keep refrigerated once open. Use within one week of opening.
